WTB: 16" Series wheels
« on: November 13, 2009, 08:30:50 PM »
Looking for 16" Series steel wheels. OE appearance. 4 is great but 5 would be perfect. I already have tires, so I don't care about the condition if they are on there. So you don't need to dismount them if I am picking them up.

Also, matching color is not important since they will all be refinished.

I'm located in CT and please let me know if you can help. Thanks.

I've got shitpiles of them but as with most 45 yr old wheels they are a little rusty and I'm pretty sure the effort to recondition them is a little silly when new ones really aren't that expensive ( I think around $75) That said, I'd sell them for $25 ea.

You have a Series rig now?

I picked up an RRC I plan on running these on. I think I may be all set on the wheels. I picked up 5 from a guy locally and I'll see how they turn out.

Thanks and I'll keep you in mind if I end up needing an extra one or two.

Series wheels will not work very well on RRC without wheel spacers, which are pricey to the point of it being less expensive to buy the correct wheels.
