I think he really does, and I honestly hope that John and I can figure out the problem with it.

ok update on cookingwithfat's rig "cheeks".

Got there fired it up to take it for a test ride so he can show me what it does when it acts up.  First thing I notice is the coolant level light is on....  Pop the hood and take a peak and the overflow is empty.  We top up the system and head off.  She's running and driving fine.  Well we go for about 10-15 min with no problems then she starts bucking and loosing power.  The temp gauge is quickly heading to the red.  A quick stop to cool down reveals a overflow spewing coolant out of it like a geyser.  None appears to be coming out of the top or the hoses though.  So we cool for a bit than roll back to the house.  I let it cool off while I help his buddy Brent install his new front bumper and winch on his very nice Disco II.  Once it cools off I pull the hoses and inspect the overflow for a crack or hole.  No dice, so we plug the holes and Cooking fills it with water and it starts pouring out of the seam.

So basically the whole problem was a over heating engine due to a faulty overflow that was dumping all the coolant out and letting air pockets form in the cooling system.  He'll be picking up a new overflow monday and he and Brent with a little luck will join us at Florida road.  I checked the oil for contamination and the plugs for any signs of distress.  Nothing wrong there so it looks like a case of the blinding obvious striking again.

We'll see for sure after he replaces the overflow on monday and bleeds the system.  I think he should be good to go though.

It's written; " If you can't dodge it, Ram it." And BTW; if that's true, that's just sad for you. It means that PA no longer is a house of learning, no longer teaches our youth to be the best at anything; and has truly turned into just another public POS school. I'll have to call the alumni center, and ask for a refund from my funding. And see if I can get my parent's money back on their taxes, since it's not the best of the best anymore.

It's still called Zero Beach. It's old historic stuff. The original guy who founded the town applied for a Federal gov't permit for a post office, when the town finally got 6 families living in it. The postmaster could not read his handwriting, and filled out the form as Zero Beach. It took three tries for them to get it right. LMAO!

It's good to hear they have finally gotten back to the uniforms. Maybe their is hope for the school after all. Now if they could just outlaw POS american made cars from the senior parking lot again. Granted it was we that made the rule, as Seniors; but it reminded the underclassmen that we had a reputation to fulfill, and to uphold. I still remember the one year of my four, where we lost the Mack Plaque. We went and burned the football field at Londonderry. LOL! Sadly, the fire spread to the stands, goalposts, and most of the fencing. And we got in some serious S--- for it. But it reminded LHS of their place in the pecking order.
