Cheap Diff Guards
« on: July 07, 2008, 07:25:54 PM »
Well I thought I had some lined up but that didn't work out :)  Seeing as how I have date raped my front diff I guess I should start looking for a pair again.

So if anyone has a set or one for cheap let me know.

oh and if anyone has a set of 1" spacers for the rear I'd be interested in that as well.

Also have a jerry can mounts and fuel cans to trade for parts :D lol

The cheapest way is to get sewer pipe caps and weld those on. I believe if you search it on DiscoWeb you can find a good thread with pics on how to do it. I do recall seeing it there somewhere. I am too hot and tired, (and lazy), from today to find it right now.

I just need 1 inch for the rear to level out the rear of the truck.

I'll pm Matt and see if he has anything good laying around for either.

I have to spare diffs lol.

The diff survived just not the axle housing.  Being a good Rover she made it home before pissing out all her diff fluid.  :D
