great there went dinner......

Well I aced my Serv Safe certifications test today with a 96%.  Not only am I now nationaly certified in resturaunt food safety but I qualified to be an instructor of the course and have been certified as that as well.

Other than that I wake up at 4am to do physical training and it's still 85 degrees out at that ungodly hour.  I think it hit 98 degrees here as well this afternoon and it's still 96 out as I type.  If this isn't the 7th level of hell it's got to be a close neighbor.

Well let's see in the last week school has been going well I'm averaging a 96% for the course.  On Monday morning my saab died on the way to PT so that has been a pain in the ass getting to school, lunch and anything fun with no freaking car!  I've done my trouble shooting and it appears to be the damn ignition switch burned up on her.  So I've ordered a new one at $145.00 FREAKING DOLLARS......    Hopefully it will get here very soon so I can have my car back.  This whole walking to pt in the moring (2 miles one way) then running 3-5 miles followed by walking back is starting to piss me off!  The hurricane appears to have missed us.  Although Houston seems to have taken a pretty good hit.

I went to a Tim McGraw concert on thursday night here on post.  He put on a free show for all the Soldiers here at Fort Sam Houston.  It was a good time even if I don't like country music.  It was odd looking around the crowd and seeing everyone singing along and realizing I'm the only guy there that doesn't know the words lol

LMAO! Awkward, eh? Glad to see you're doing so good in class. Don't worry about the SAAB; it was worth it's money just on the trip down. If you had taken the Rover; you would have paid in gas, what you paid for the saab alone, lol.

We're getting a little rain today but that's ok as I'm staying in eating pizza and watching football with the troops.  The saabsite won't ship a ignition switch to an army address so I'm sol there so I'm working that issue as we speak.  I just want my car back damnit lol

Gee! And I thought Texas was THE trashbin for the South. It's big enough to fit in all of the confederate states, and sort of round. Just looks like a trash can that's been beat a bit with the old baseball bat. LMAO! J/K, Tex.
