Bilstein Shocks
« on: October 31, 2008, 08:33:40 PM »
I found a set of Bilstein Type 24/ F4-B46-0253 and B46-0243-M0 for cheap money. I may also be able to grab the steering damper that goes with the set.

Would those be impossible to convert to use on my 2000 D2? Would it be an upgrade?

If no to either, would they be worth getting and trying to trade for some stuff for my D2?

Thanks for your input and if it's a stupid question, your mercy :p

I don't know exactly if those fit, but you might be able to find out on Atlantic British's website to see what model number they're selling for the same truck to see if it matches.

My idea certain items is that there are some thing you want new, and some you can get away with used.  Shocks I would just replace with new ones, because you'll never know how many miles are on them and/or how beat they've been.
