I don't have a great amount of time to set this up but wanted to start a thread about the three topics listed above and see the feedback.

A far as adding an aux fuse blocks.
I have the Painless Cirkit Boss Aux. Fuse Blocks in both my Rovers - I went with the sealed one. Good start for organizing your add-ons.

Painless has some good product.
I also use
http://bluesea.com/
for many different fittings and HD switching
http://www.marinco.com/brand/ancor
for high quality wiring and connections

I just added a 6 circuit fuse block yesterday. I looks like the ones in Matt's links but no cover. I am going to be adding relays using this as a reference
http://www.roversnorth.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5342&highlight=headlights
but only using 2 relays not 4. All my terminals are crimped and heat shrunk. I ran a 10ga wire to the fuse block from the battery with a 30A inline fuse. From the relays to the headlights and from the switch circuit to the relays I've ordered the correct color wire so that I can trace what I did. The gauge on those wires is 14. I don't want to modify the factory bullet terminals (which may be a mistake) so that it can all be removed and put back to original if someone else wants it that way. May not be the best way to do it but I'm having a good time.

I'm with Matt. Maybe because I run and own a marine business, lmao. But everything I use is from BlueSea or Marinco, which are all one company now. LOL!

Funny as heck. Don you remember my wiring terminations, well I went on this little water expedition...also known to you NE liberal outdoor lovers as "Wetlands" and unfortunately was stopped in my tracks because of faulty spark plug wires......well I will post the why I failed to make it through the somewhat small puddle of water on a different post...anyway I eventually got out of the water and my friends asked me to spotlight there home that they where working on ...and holly heck my lights side and front actually worked!!!! Nothing like negative grounding to make my quite apparently poor grounding system work!
Tex
P.S. I was going to ASK the LR ghost patrol to help me but they told me to go back to Texas
