Don... the openers are going to look just like the plate, but mini size with the opener.  Powder coated black and brushed alum finish.  theyre gonna be wicked cool.  and later on, kechains with same mini design.

they come in for propane all the time and i simply asked if he could do it!!!   Great guys don.   hank reminds me a lot of you!   he is absolutely mechanically inclined. has patents on tools, invented a truck bed carrier w/ patent, and more. you gotta come up one day and meet him!   awesome guy.!  going to see them powder coat the parts today!

Can we see a design of the opener? It can't be too big. Like the size of the one Don has (or had it sounds like) on his fuel door.

its not big... i will head down to the shop and see if we can get one whipped up! it should be the standard bottle opener size with the back plate being a mini duplicate of the badge!

Correct again!   Heading down in 30 minutes to oversee the design!

Follow up post:

Working on bottle openers as we speak.  i am in hanks office!    Only camera i have is my phone cam   and don't know how to post from here!!!   Looks good though.  not to big at all.    oh, and the stamp for the key chains are being done as well.

Thanks Kevin... OK the key chains and bottle openers will NOT be powdercoated as I thought.  Will be nicely textured.

i was a bit disappointed when hank told ne that the bottle openers were not going to be powder coated!

how long do we have to order the auto badges? how limited of a run?Those are sweet and I agree I would like one plain, if at all possible. I have an idea for the coloring of it.
