I'm out. Taking my Arborist exam on Wedensday and need all the study time Ican get.

Forrest, is this a public place and if it is where can I get a trail map. I belong to another group in CT which would be interested in these trails

Is this still happening?

I plan on being there for 11. Just let me know if things have changed.

Well we met and had a bit of a late start but it went well.  we had two series show up, a unimog, a jeep and 2 discos.  We took a tough trail and one 88 and the unimog had to leave early, but we still had a good time.  my trucks center diff lock was frozen so I had 1 wheel drive which made it difficult, but with the help from the jeep I made it through.
we ran into some  locals who seemed in a bit over their heads but they could have walked home if need be so we continued.

(trail location not mentioned)

I'm still trying to get used to the big ass on my truck. I bring the rear down on something every time I  go out.

James; do you have a lift on the G4 yet? It doesn't seem to have any clearance on it. Usually a 2" lift, and 32 or 33's, and you can keep the butt clear of most things.

Just a 2" OME and 265/75/16. So its pretty much stock aside from sliders and diff protection. I did get hung up a lot on this trail, but I think a lot of it could have been avoided if I picked a different line in a few places.

Nice pics and videos. I have a couple I can upload. Not too many though.

it was a good day of wheeling, i still need to get my CDL linkage to work, but it was the only road legal truck i had to bring because I switched the registration to it from my rangie.
