March 22: Chester Ride
« on: March 02, 2009, 08:16:28 AM »
This ride will take us on the now familiar trails of Chester, NH. I like this ride as it has something for everyone. Some water, hills, mud, wooded trails and open fields. We had our 2nd meet in 2008 on these trails and it was a great time. Pack a lunch and beverage.  We will meet up at the Hampstead Park and Ride for our traditional Meet&Greet segment and then meander up rte 121 to the trail head! We should be done by 3-3:30.   We will meet at the Park&Ride on Rtes 111 and 121 in Hampstead. The P&R is on the southern side of rte 111 on 121. Then a right at the dealership!   Call my cell if you need further directions!   603-560-4696       Tom

not as bad as all that!  Really! We had stock discos going thru it.   you would have tow fore and aft, if needed,  so no worries!   easy trails!

You guys better hope some snow melts soon. I couldn't even make it to the trail! This is after trying for an hour or so. I haven't been down to pomp road yet, but I suspect it's heavily snowmobiled.

haha. yeah. I figured snow conditions were perfect today to go and break trail with the warm temperatures. But apparently I was dead wrong! There's a lot of snow out there.

I'll report by the end of the week again. We have 52 degree weather today. If it keeps up it should melt relatively quickly. The problem then becomes tearing the trails apart.
